The National Space Club - Huntsville sponsors a free Membership Appreciation Breakfast in the late spring which encourages participants to renew their annual membership (Membership year begins June 1) while providing a forum for club leadership to summarize past events and present important upcoming activities.
The event also includes an aerospace related presentation by a local leader. This year’s event, held on Friday, 11 May 2007 at the US Space & Rocket Center / MSFC Education Training Facility, included a presentation by Major General John Holly (USA retired), on Assured Access to Space.
